Everything you need to know before your visit
What are Monte Tradición's opening hours?
We are open every day, Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 to 1:00. The kitchen runs non-stop all day: breakfast in the morning and the full menu at any time.
Where are the restaurants?
We have two restaurants: Monte Santa Clara, at Avenida Montesierra, 20 (41007 Seville), and Monte Bormujos, at Calle Perú, 49, Local B (Bormujos, Seville).
How can I book a table?
You can book instantly with Reserve with Google using the Book button on the website, call the restaurant (Santa Clara: +34 854 735 866 · Bormujos: +34 854 73 87 03), message us on WhatsApp at +34 602 682 123 or send the contact form choosing the restaurant.
What kind of food do you serve?
Mediterranean and Andalusian cooking with a contemporary touch: Iberian ham and cured meats, salads, traditional stews, rice dishes and risottos, charcoal-grilled fish and meat, tapas, breakfast, homemade desserts and a Spanish wine list.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes. From 8:00 we serve traditional breakfast with toast, special breakfasts, bagels, coffee, juices and milkshakes.
Do you show allergens for each dish?
Yes. Every menu shows the 14 mandatory allergens for each dish. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell us when booking and ordering.
Are tapas served at every table?
Tapas are served at high-top tables only. At the other tables you can order from the restaurant menu.
Do you have Christmas menus for groups?
Yes. For Christmas 2026 there are three menus: Menu (€40), Select (€45) and Premium (€50) per person, VAT included, with unlimited drinks until dessert. They are for groups of at least 10 people and can be booked through the form or by phone.
Do you host events and group meals?
Yes. We have spaces for celebrations, company meals and groups. Tell us what you need in the contact form by choosing Event or group.
Do you deliver?
Yes, you can order delivery through Glovo.
